Rest orthosis: what are the (best) options?

In case of severe upper limb paresis it's important to place the hand at rest in a proper position, to mantain passive range of motion, avoid discomfort/pain and prevent soft tissue changes (contractures/fibrosis). In this video I describe the two traditional ways of doing it, and a third option that I've developed recently as compromise between the previous ones.
